Summary
Join Storyblok's growing team as a Senior Solutions Engineer and play a pivotal role in bridging technical capabilities and customer needs. You will act as a trusted advisor, working with sales, product, partner, and customer success teams to design and deliver tailored solutions for enterprise clients. This high-impact role requires technical expertise, strategic thinking, sales process experience, and excellent communication skills. You will partner with account executives, lead product demonstrations, create technical proposals, act as a subject matter expert, assist partners, lead onboarding, work with the product team, represent Storyblok at events, and mentor junior team members. Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in solutions engineering, sales engineering, or a similar role at a B2B SaaS company
- Hands-on experience developing websites
- Familiarity with enterprise software ecosystems and integration practices
- Proven ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Strong command of the English language
Responsibilities
- Partner with our account executives to identify client needs and articulate how Storyblok can deliver value to our enterprise prospects
- Lead product demonstrations and technical deep dives tailored to diverse stakeholder groups, including both technical and non-technical audiences
- Create and present technical proposals, diagrams and proof-of-concept solutions, as well as sample applications, prototypes and code samples to showcase the power and flexibility of Storyblok
- Act as a subject matter expert on the headless content management space, advising clients on best practices, integration strategies, and optimization opportunities
- Assist in elevating the knowledge and capabilities of Storyblokβs implementation partners
- Lead client onboarding sessions and assist in knowledge transfer to customer success teams post-sale
- Work closely with our product team to communicate client feedback and advocate for feature enhancements
- Represent Storyblok at industry events, webinars, and customer forums
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to building a world-class solutions engineering team
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in working with monolithic/traditional CMS (e.g. Wordpress, Drupal, Sitecore, Adobe AEM) is an advantage
