Requirements
- Have a completed degree in business administration with a focus on marketing and/or communication or comparable training
- Have at least 3 years of professional experience in affiliate marketing β either on the network, publisher, agency, or advertiser side
- Possess in-depth knowledge of networks such as Awin, Tradedoubler, Webgains, Ingenious, etc
- Be familiar with the German affiliate market and ideally also other European markets
- Be well-networked in the affiliate industry, inquisitive, and continuously stay up-to-date on current industry-relevant topics, trends, and developments
- Have fluent German and good English skills
Responsibilities
- Be responsible for the independent onboarding and setup, as well as the takeover and management of affiliate marketing programs for our national and international clients
- Manage external service providers, maintain affiliate partnerships, and expand programs through acquisition
- Prepare and conduct regular meetings with clients and marketing partners
- Plan, execute, and optimize sales-increasing campaigns/placements, including performance monitoring and result optimization
- Work with common networks (both public and private) in your daily business
- Mentor your junior colleagues and clients, and be responsible for the budget and forecasting
- Support new client pitches and audits of existing programs, as well as public relations, including participation in industry events
