Senior Product Enablement Specialist

Summary

Join the People and Enablement Team at LeanIX as a Senior Product Enablement Specialist, acting as a trusted advisor for the enablement agenda and activities on SAP LeanIX within the SAP enterprise architecture (EA) community. Manage the content portfolio and design enablement formats to drive high adoption of SAP LeanIX. Serve as an ambassador for best practice usage, collaborating closely with the product enablement team. Channel product and content needs from the SAP EA community to support targeted enablement and product improvements. Drive the integration of best practices with SAP Activate/RISE methodology for successful RISE EA delivery. This role requires a passionate individual with at least 5 years of experience in SAP and enterprise architecture management.

Requirements

• Passionate “enabler” with at least 5 years of experience in the area of SAP and enterprise architecture management
• Expert of SAP RISE and Activate methodology – ideally with practical experience of working with the SAP Activate Methodology for RISE with SAP S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition
• Personality with a “challenger” mindset who is safeguarding LeanIX EA standards and doesn’t shy away from tough conversations to drive methodology, product and enablement topics with maximum business impact
• Highly empathic individual with excellent people and stakeholder management skills
• Team player who can drive highly strategic topics autonomously, and ensure to connect the dots to other teams

Responsibilities

• Act as person to go and trusted advisor for the enablement agenda and activities on SAP LeanIX for the SAP enterprise architecture (EA) community
• Management of content portfolio and design of enablement formats for SAP EAs, leading to a high adoption of SAP LeanIX as the go-to tool for SAP EAs and successful RISE SAP EA delivery
• Role as an ambassador for SAP LeanIX best practice usage, working closely with the SAP LeanIX Product Enablement Team
• Channel product- and content-related needs from the SAP EA community to support targeted enablement and product improvements for SAP-relevant product topics
• Drive the integration of SAP LeanIX best practices with SAP Activate/RISE methodology and the execution of a successful RISE EA delivery
