Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or a related field, preferably within the crypto or fintech industry
• Strong network and relationships within the crypto and digital assets community
• In-depth understanding of the crypto industry, market dynamics, and emerging trends
• Proven track record of successfully identifying and securing strategic partnerships and business opportunities
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in verbal and written English communication

Responsibilities

• Manage partnerships between Bitpanda and crypto projects, including Bitpanda Spotlight partnerships
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry players, potential partners, and stakeholders
• Lead negotiations and manage the end-to-end process of forming strategic partnerships and alliances
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business development efforts with overall company objectives and product offerings
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of partnerships, ensuring they deliver against defined business objectives and KPIs
• Represent Bitpanda at industry events, conferences, and meetings to promote our brand and establish new connections
