Requirements
- Previous relevant of work experience in Sales Operations and/or at a management consulting firm, investment bank, technology company or comparable experience
- Fluent in English, as you will be working with international stakeholders across all regions
- Experience building business models and conducting sophisticated analyses
- Able to credibly and compellingly present and debate recommendations with senior leadership
- Proactive: capable of seeking information, solving conceptual problems, corralling resources, and delivering results in challenging situations
- A team player who works collaboratively and effectively across a diverse set of functions, backgrounds, and working styles
Responsibilities
- Execute and scale day-to-day operations processes (e.g., defining OKRs, tracking performance, driving forecasting, creating reports, reporting business results, etc)
- Define and execute the foundations of sales operations (e.g., building territories, setting targets, optimizing book of accounts, planning (budget), etc)
- Manage variable compensation model, targets and attainment
- Establish working relationships with business leaders and other cross-functional teams
- Monitor metrics and proactively brings insights to the Sales leadership team. Highlight best-performing regions and identify drivers behind over and under-performance
- Develop data-driven decisions on topics including: forecasting, growth/churn strategy, territory optimization, process improvement, sales incentive design, and product mix analysis
- Play a pivotal role in our annual strategic planning process by making recommendations in areas such as go-to-market strategy, how to restructure/grow teams, and improve rep productivity
- Manage sales tools to foster a more structured management of Wellhub commercial activities
- Get your hands dirty in the data but also step up to own sales strategy and planning
