Summary

Join our team as an experienced Google Ads Specialist to generate marketing qualified leads (MQLs) optimized for cost per sales qualified lead (SQL). You will be responsible for our performance marketing strategy across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and META Ads. Collaborate with the demand generation team to implement lead capture tactics. This role requires hands-on experience with Google Ads and other paid channels, data analysis skills, and a strong understanding of performance marketing. Requirements

  • 2 years of practical experience in building performance marketing, ideally in a B2B SaaS company
  • Proven practical expertise in managing Google Ads
  • You are used to working in a dynamic environment – experience in a scale-up would be a big plus
  • You are analytically driven and understand the technical aspects of performance marketing, such as conversion tracking, attribution, etc
  • You have a hands-on mentality
  • Our target group is mainly in German-speaking countries, therefore you speak fluent or near-native German, as you will be writing ads or supporting the creation of landing page content

Responsibilities

  • Hands-on implementation and expansion of demand generation strategies within Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and META Ads
  • Support in identifying and setting up new paid marketing channels (e.g., review sites like Capterra & OMR Reviews, content syndication, etc.)
  • Definition and – with the support of our designer and CVRO specialist – execution of A/B tests for landing pages, ad copy, and creative content
  • Daily data analysis to monitor and improve the performance of all channels based on the cost per SQL (using HubSpot-oriented channel reports)
  • Management of budget and media planning, as well as analysis and confident presentation of performance insights
  • Support in the creation and optimization of landing pages, with contributions to demand generation via LinkedIn, YouTube, and Google Demand Gen
  • Development and implementation of retargeting strategies across multiple channels, with a focus on high-performing video and image creatives

Preferred Qualifications

Ideally, you have initial experience with paid social media channels
