Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or a related field
• CPA or similar certification preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Accounting, with substantial experience in managing the month-end close and consolidation process independently with at least 2 years of high growth/startup experience
• Proficient in different accounting software, including QBO, Netsuite, etc
• Solid understanding of both GAAP & IFRS
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Demonstrated leadership and team collaboration abilities
• Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

• Manage Month-End Close Process
• Perform Financial Reporting & Analysis
• Execute Account Reconciliation
• Lead Scalability and Automation Initiatives
• Conduct Tax Compliance
• Assess and Improve Internal Controls

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Netsuite or ERP implementation is a plus
