Senior Staff Engineer - .NET Developer

Summary

Join our Digital Product Engineering company as a Lead Engineer and provide technical leadership to team members. You will be proficient in C#.NET, VB.NET, and SQL Server-based T-SQL development. Responsibilities include supporting SSIS packages, troubleshooting applications, creating support documentation, and providing on-call support. Requirements

• Proficient in C#.NET, VB.NET
• SQL Server based T-SQL development experience
• Must have Skills: SQL Server, C# (Strong)

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership to team members, ensuring adherence to coding standards and quality
• Experience on Microsoft .NET Framework and DotNetCore
• Provide support for SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services) packages and help with troubleshooting and maintaining
• Windows Services, IIS, Thick-Client deployment
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues
• Create and maintain application support documentation, including troubleshooting guides, procedures, and process documentation
• On-call support
• Strong Communication Skills in English both written and spoken
• Good knowledge and working experience on Agile
• Customer Focused
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and resolve complex technical challenges
• Experience of leading a team of engineers and providing mentorship in a collaborative environment
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
