• Engage with clients to understand their business challenges and needs, providing expert consulting to develop strategic sales process improvements and roadmaps
• Analyze existing sales processes and develop detailed roadmaps for optimization, ensuring alignment with the client's overall business strategy
• Serve as a trusted advisor and business analyst, participating in client meetings, workshops, and strategic planning sessions to ensure the successful implementation of Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to design and deliver solutions that meet client requirements and adhere to industry best practices
