Stack AV is seeking a Computer Vision/Machine Learning Engineer to develop and deploy a state-of-the-art perception pipeline for their self-driving vehicles. The ideal candidate should have strong foundations in computer vision and machine learning, with a practical, product-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of perception modules that solve on-vehicle problems and deliver for customer needs - downstream tracking, prediction, and decision making teams
• Develop state-of-the-art multi-modal perception approaches to efficiently and robustly model the world for a self-driving system
• Highly cross-functional collaboration and design to align architecture and approaches for data driven development

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience publishing in top tier technical venues
• PhD in deep learning, perception, or machine learning
