Remote Senior System Architect

Summary

Requirements

• US Citizenship required
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or similar field
• 4 years of progressively responsible experience, or Master's with 2 years of experience in building and implementing model-driven, enterprise-level business solutions
• Experience in all phases of software development, including design, configuration, testing, debugging, implementation, and support of large-scale, business-centric, and process-based applications
• Expertise in Pega architecture, design, and implementation features, along with a solid understanding of reuse and portability in enterprise solutions
• Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented techniques and principles, along with experience leading in Agile and Scrum methodologies

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of innovative solutions that meet the needs of clients
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of technical solutions
• Provide high-quality deliverables that meet technical and functional requirements, owning the end-to-end delivery of major feature sets
• Work as part of the team, following guidance, while also independently leading sub-team efforts
• Support and mentor the team in compiling, delivering, and maintaining project deliverables
• Effectively communicate with team members, clients, and project stakeholders, adapting communication styles accordingly
• Support project leaders in scoping, sizing development efforts, and managing scope and risk

Preferred Qualifications

• Industry or functional domain expertise
• Intelligent Automation and/or Customer Engagement Experience
• Prior consulting or client services delivery experience
• Pega certifications such as Pega Certified System Architect (CSA) and Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) are preferred
