Senior Systems Analyst (Frontend)

Compensation ranges from $3,800 to $4,500 USD per month, with a 3-month trial period. The position is for an independent contractor working remotely at a client location.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields
• 3+ years of experience in software development using current programming languages
• Experience with agile methodologies, especially SCRUM
• Ability to document processes and solutions clearly and precisely
• Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases (MySQL, NoSQL, etc.)
• Advanced knowledge of HTML, CSS/SCSS, TypeScript, and JavaScript
• Experience with front-end frameworks like Angular
• Knowledge of responsive design and accessibility
• Development and use of REST APIs
• Communication: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with technical and non-technical teams
• Teamwork: Capacity to collaborate in an agile team environment, contributing to collective success
• Problem Solving: Proactive approach to identifying and resolving complex issues

Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, develop, and implement high-quality software solutions
• Participate in meetings and ceremonies with clients to understand their needs and requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify requirements and translate business needs into technical specifications
• Actively participate in all SCRUM ceremonies (daily, sprint planning, retrospectives, etc.)
• Conduct testing and ensure, along with the team, the quality of the developed software
• Provide technical support and training and troubleshoot software-related issues
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and practices

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of banking systems and financial markets
• Familiarity with trading systems, especially OTC (over-the-counter) asset trading
• Experience with integrations involving central bank APIs and other financial market systems

Benefits

• The Salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $3,800 - $4,500 per month, depending on seniority and skillset
• This position will start with a trial period of 3 months (full-time), depending on your performance will be extended as long-term contract
