Responsibilities
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance our cloud systems
- Level up our tech stack while implementing best practices for scalability and resilience
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive cloud adoption
- Automate workflows
- Mentor junior staff, ensuring our infrastructure is robust, efficient, and future-ready
- Automate Onboarding and Offboarding: Improve workflows for access provisioning and deprovisioning, collaborating with our People and Culture team to align automations with policy
- Lead Cross-Team Workshops: Share your cloud expertise with teams across the business, host a workshop on cloud security best practices
- Troubleshoot: Analyze logs, run tests, and resolve performance issues with SaaS integrations
- Explore New Tech: Experiment with new tools for cloud optimization and recommend adoption
- Improve documentation: Build out knowledge management in an engaging, accessible way
