Requirements

  • 7+ or more years experience; recent public accounting experience required
  • 3+ years experience in Private Client Services/HNWIs
  • A CPA is required for this role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to evaluate and articulate complex information
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat required
  • Computer expertise including knowledge of tax software and technology

Responsibilities

  • Interacting closely with clients to provide tax planning, consulting, and compliance services benefiting clients particularly in the Private Client Services/HNWIs industry
  • Develop and implement tax strategies that optimize our company's tax position while considering business goals, industry trends, and regulatory changes
  • Collaborate with clients and provide proactive tax advice and solutions
  • Lead and manage a team of tax professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to foster their growth and development
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service
  • Coordinate workload distribution, projects, and training initiatives within the tax department
