Requirements

  • Proficiency developing complex cloud products focused on B2B
  • Experience with Python (Django, Flask, FastApi) and TypeScript (Angular, Vue, Node)
  • Familiarity with Docker , Kubernetes , and ArgoCD
  • Experience using Sentry , Grafana , ELK stack , or similar for monitoring
  • Strong Project management skills
  • Proven ability to lead, mentor, and manage a team while delivering complex projects
  • Strong communication to align stakeholders and articulate technical concepts
  • Proactive problem-solving, strategic thinking, and adaptability
  • 2+ years of team and project leadership
  • 7+ years of software engineering experience
  • Experience working in international teams

Responsibilities

  • Set the engineering direction of our product and components, collaborating across teams to improve our application’s overall architecture and our users experience
  • Champion simplicity and performance: You'll have a keen eye for identifying areas where our services can be simpler and more performant. Be the one to propose and discuss solutions that elevate the user experience and overall efficiency
  • Propose approaches that would guarantee we never fail in an unexpected or undefined way
  • Go all-in on cloud infrastructure while increasing data security and privacy for our customers
