Summary

Join ServiceNow's Montreal team as an Associate Technical Consultant โ€“ Impact, contributing to our newest product that personalizes customers' digital transformation journeys. As part of the global customer success organization, you will deliver technical accelerators remotely to enterprise clients, helping them unlock business value and accelerate ServiceNow product adoption. You will act as a ServiceNow subject matter expert, presenting product demonstrations, answering technical questions, and building trusted advisor relationships. The ideal candidate possesses ServiceNow development experience and a passion for helping clients with their digital transformation. This role involves working with a new team, delivering technical solutions, and contributing to continuous improvement efforts.

Requirements

  • Have 1-3 years' experience as a developer or software engineer, part of a professional services organization, or equivalent education/experience
  • Possess passion and curiosity about technology, and a relentless hunger for learning
  • Love to win as a team and work efficiently in a collaborative environment
  • Be experienced with running projects independently
  • Be committed to wowing customers, ensuring that actions contribute towards measurable value for the customer, and generating customer success stories
  • Be prepared to study for and obtain ServiceNow certifications
  • Have excellent written, verbal communication, and presentation skills with the ability to clearly articulate solutions to complex technical problems
  • Have a desire to contribute to our best place to work where everyone can be their best self and feel an amazing sense of belonging
  • Have a hungry and humble mindset; and proactively seek help when challenges arise

Responsibilities

  • Present and deliver offerings from our portfolio of Impact Technical Accelerators to large enterprise customers remotely
  • Prepare all client-facing and internal deliverables that are technology-related
  • Assist with the identification of process improvement opportunities
  • Engage with customersโ€™ requests in our Impact Digital Experience portal
  • Be excited to learn about ServiceNow Products and how they can help solve customerโ€™s challenges
  • Be responsible for understanding business and technical problems addressed by the Impact products and business needs (security, upgrades, Artificial Intelligence {AI} etc.)
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with global Impact team members
  • Assist with the development of new offerings for our Technical Accelerators portfolio

Preferred Qualifications

Have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, STEM related field. AI/ML course work is an additional bonus
