You will leverage your 5-8+ years of CRM/marketing technology experience in a fast-paced e-commerce environment to own and manage CRM tech workflows. Responsibilities include optimizing automated communications, ensuring data accuracy, collaborating with vendors and engineers, and supporting customer lifecycle journeys. You'll be an analytical thinker, strong project manager, and expert in automating personalized CRM communications. Requirements

  • 5-8+ years of experience in CRM or marketing technology roles, ideally in fast-paced e-commerce businesses
  • Deep knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g., Bloomreach, Braze, Salesforce) and marketing automation tools
  • Expert in automating personalized CRM communications at scale, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in customer engagement. Comfortable working with data flows, APIs, and technical troubleshooting
  • An analytical thinker who can assess campaign performance and suggest optimizations
  • Strong project manager, with the ability to break down complex tasks into MVP solutions and enable effective collaboration across teams

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage CRM tech workflows, including creation, testing, and cross-team coordination
  • Lead setup and optimization of automated transactional communications (e.g., purchase/shipping flows) to make our approach more scalable for 12+ countries
  • Initiate a program of A/B testing to maximize CRM efforts
  • Ensure clean, scalable CRM integrations and data accuracy across platforms
  • Partner with vendors and engineers on CRM tooling, performance, and deliverability
  • Support and evolve customer lifecycle journeys across email, push, and in-app messaging to increase customer lifetime value
  • Collaborate in and lead cross-functional projects with marketing, engineering, analytics, and product teams

Preferred Qualifications

Html, scripting (e.g., Jinja2, Liquid), and understanding of consent/deliverability regulations
