As a Senior Systems Analyst, you will define enterprise architecture and design for systems and applications across multiple departments. You will evaluate existing architecture, identify challenges, and develop revised architectures. Lead technical integration and delivery management involving various applications in conjunction with ERP systems. Define system frameworks and design specifications for ecosystems involving Cloud Database solutions and Azure Active Directory. Support interface integration and collaborate with IT and business partners. Strategically plan project migration to new systems. This position is headquartered in Charlotte, NC, with telecommuting options.
Requirements
- Masterβs degree or foreign equivalent in Information Technology, Information Systems Security, or related field, plus 2 years of post-baccalaureate experience as a Sr. Systems Analyst or a related position within the telecommunications technology field
- Experience must include AWS

Responsibilities
- Define enterprise architecture and design for systems and applications spanning multiple departments and organizations
- Evaluate existing architecture, identify challenges, and develop revised architectures to address the gaps and challenges
- Lead and manage technical integration, coordination, and delivery management involving Real Estate, Fleet, Employee Health, and Safety applications in conjunction with ERP systems
- Define high-level system frameworks and design specifications for ecosystems involving Cloud Database solutions and Azure Active Directory for web-based applications
- Review, document, and publish project scope
- Support interface integration and lead sessions with both IT and business partners to achieve objectives
- Support BRIM projects and related activities for enterprise, wholesale, and mass-market customers in collaboration with the billing team
- Coordinate and drive the delivery across IT and Business partners in a multi-vendor environment through the software development lifecycle β requirements, architecture, design, development, testing, deployment, and support
- Strategically plan project migration to new systems within tight timelines
