Responsibilities

• Lead a multi disciplinary team and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive priorities and strategic direction that aligns with the company’s vision and objectives
• Leverage Xnode's unique strengths, such as its global network of bare metal servers, to position it as a leader in decentralized data solutions
• Direct a team of developers and engineers, fostering innovation and pushing the boundaries of decentralized data technology
• Craft and execute a visionary roadmap for Xnode, anticipating future trends in blockchain, Web3, and decentralized data management
• Weigh difficult tradeoffs, taking into account product, customer, engineering, and security requirements against delivery time and resources
