Summary

Join a pre-IPO startup as a Senior Technical Product Manager to help grow from 5M to 50M users in the next few years by optimizing automation for core infrastructure, focusing on automating user journey and transaction process for flagship insurance product.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitatively or intellectually rigorous discipline
• A few years of consulting experience (MBB preferred)
• Comfortable conducting rigorous analyses, developing insightful hypotheses, and validating impact

Responsibilities

• Identify key areas to apply or improve automation to accelerate the end-to-end transaction journey for our insurance marketplace and reduce friction for both our customers and internal teams
• Comb through a massive amount of data, run analyses, and identify opportunities to optimize our operations and backend systems
• Partner with software engineers, data scientists, designers, and operations teams to build and launch new features designed to make the insurance shopping and maintenance experience instantaneous and delightful
