Reporting to the Director of Advisory and Delivery, you will oversee successful software project delivery, ensuring projects are on schedule and within budget. This role requires 5+ years of technical project management experience in technology software implementation and lifecycle management. You will work in complex environments, develop and execute project plans, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and deliver quality deliverables. Requirements
- 5+ Years of Technical Project Management in technology software implementation and lifecycle management
- Attention to detail
- Ability to advise clients with confidence in ambiguous and complex environments
- Ability to ramp up quickly and learn new technologies with minimal lag time
- Self-motivated, proactive and proven ability to adapt well and work with various team styles
- High EQ and responsive approach
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills and ability to tailor communication to your stakeholders
- Ability to adapt, handle and demonstrate flexibility with varied projects
- Familiarity with various schedule and project management tools (ex: Notion, Smartsheet, MS Project, etc.)
Responsibilities
- Work in complex and ambiguous environments
- Develop and execute project plans in collaboration with your client by outlining project milestones, tasks, and resource allocation
- Communicate effectively and foster strong relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally
- Identify and communicate potential risks to the project outcome
- Deliver quality deliverables on time to maintain a high standard throughout the delivery of a project
- Prepare and deliver regular project status reports, maintain comprehensive project documentation, and analyze project data and metrics
Preferred Qualifications
- Fluent in both English and Spanish, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages
- Experience in the Construction industry as it relates to business processes or project management
- Experience in the Technology industry as it relates to software implementations and administration
- Experience with construction project management systems (i.e., Primavera Unifier, Microsoft Project, e-Builder, Procore, Newforma, etc.)
- Consulting experience
- Worked with complex business organizations
- Strives to bring new thoughts and ideas to teams in order to drive innovation and unique solutions
