Requirements

• Strong retail enterprise experience. , particularly in customer-facing software development
• Experience in initiating and managing large-scale projects. in complex, interdependent environments
• Proven experience in hybrid Agile/Waterfall. methodologies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to to apply gentle but effective pressure while fostering strong relationships
• Ability to work autonomously, demonstrating initiative in ambiguous environments
• Strong proficiency in Smartsheet, Jira, Jira Align,. and Excel. (pivot tables)

Responsibilities

• Manage 2-3 concurrent workstreams in a fast-paced, large-scale enterprise
• Work closely with leadership, technical teams, and business partners to ensure successful project delivery
• Join scrums to understand blockers and provide guidance
• Build and maintain project plans using Smartsheet. and manage stories/epics in Jira. and Jira Align
• Balance project delivery (85%) with financial responsibilities (15%), ensuring financial oversight while keeping initiatives on track
• Initiate and drive large, complex projects from inception, guiding teams, and removing blockers when necessary
• Communicate complex ideas clearly, adapting to different audiences and simplifying where needed
• Act as a self-starter, investigating and clarifying role needs and project goals with minimal hand-holding
