Summary

In this dynamic role, you will play a pivotal part in transforming engineering concepts into reality, driving the success of MCG's innovative products. With a focus on project execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication, you will work closely with engineers and stakeholders to identify effective paths forward, ensuring alignment between diverse project goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field is preferred
- At least 6 years of experience as a Technical Project Manager or related role
- At least 6 years of experience working directly with engineering teams
- A strong understanding of software development lifecycle, principles, programming language(s), and frameworks
- Good grasp of system architecture, including how different system components interact, scalability considerations, and designing systems that meet performance requirements
- Able to anticipate technical risks and challenges, assess their impact, and develop mitigation strategies to keep projects on track
- Familiarity with Agile principles and ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily standup, demos, and retrospectives, especially within the SAFe framework
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Trello
