With a focus on project execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication, you will work closely with engineers and stakeholders to identify effective paths forward, ensuring alignment between diverse project goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field is preferred
  • At least 6 years of experience as a Technical Project Manager or related role
  • At least 6 years of experience working directly with engineering teams
  • A strong understanding of software development lifecycle, principles, programming language(s), and frameworks
  • Good grasp of system architecture, including how different system components interact, scalability considerations, and designing systems that meet performance requirements
  • Able to anticipate technical risks and challenges, assess their impact, and develop mitigation strategies to keep projects on track
  • Familiarity with Agile principles and ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily standup, demos, and retrospectives, especially within the SAFe framework
  • Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Trello
