Requirements

  • Minimum 7+ years of recruiting experience in a high-growth, high-tech startup environment
  • Proven success hiring in niche and competitive technical talent markets
  • Ability to manage a full-cycle recruiting process in an efficient and effective manner
  • Comfort navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with progressive sourcing techniques including direct sourcing and recruiting techniques such as search engines, Boolean search strings, LinkedIn, and other online networking communities
  • Attention to detail and focus on data integrity, documentation, to provide visibility for hiring managers
  • High level of self-motivation and ability to produce results independently, and under demanding deadlines
  • Must work in a hybrid model and expected to come in to our India office

Responsibilities

  • Independently manage stakeholder expectations for top-of-funnel initiatives across Engineering
  • Own the candidate experience from first engagement through to the interview stage, delivering exceptional service and fast turnaround
  • Source technical talent through creative outreach, events, and passive campaigns
  • Serve as a strategic thought partner to the business by coaching hiring managers & interviewers on best practices, and making sure we’re delivering a consistently exceptional candidate experience
  • Partner with executives and hiring managers to deeply understand current and future hiring needs
  • Design and execute strategic sourcing plans to map talent and drive top-of-funnel activity
  • Support the business in researching market data and trends that will help in making talent decisions
  • Partner closely with the local People Business Partner to support hiring strategies in the market
  • Strategize different ways to enhance our employer brand by building diverse talent pipelines, attending events, generating referrals, and managing community outreach activities
