Summary

Join one of the world's largest privately-owned real estate technology companies as a Senior Tracking Specialist. You will ensure accurate tracking of business-critical events across digital platforms, acting as the technical expert for the tracking infrastructure. Collaborate with Data Analysts, Developers, Product Managers, and the Performance Marketing team to guarantee top-tier data collection. Implement and maintain Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and other tracking tools. Translate stakeholder requirements into scalable tracking solutions, collaborate with developers on data layer implementation, and create complex tags and triggers in GTM. Guarantee data quality through QA processes, develop strategies for data setup, and validate data flows. Ensure tracking plan integrity and implement best practices. Serve as the main contact for all tracking-related questions.

Requirements

  • Several years of Proven experience with client- and server-side tracking
  • Expert in Google Tag Manager (GTM) , Google Analytics 4 (GA4) , and media pixel integrations
  • Strong understanding of web/app architecture and Data Layer concepts
  • Proficient in CSS , HTML and JavaScript for implementing advanced tracking solutions
  • In-depth knowledge of privacy regulations and cookie-less tracking
  • A mindset for data quality, governance, and scalable implementation

Responsibilities

  • Own the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of Google Tag Manager (GTM) , Google Analytics 4 (GA4) , ideally Adjust (MMP) and other tracking tools
  • Translate stakeholder requirements into scalable tracking specifications & solutions using best practices
  • Collaborate closely with developers to ensure correct Data Layer implementation
  • Create and manage complex tags, triggers, and variables in GTM for GA4 and our media partners (Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, etc.)
  • Guarantee the quality of our data by establishing, improving and automating the QA processes
  • Develop a strategy to convert from a client-side to a server-side and first-party data setup and ensure seamless integration and privacy compliance
  • Validate data flows starting from the Data Layer through GTM to GA 4 and our media partners by using tools such as GTM Preview , GA4 DebugView , and browser consoles
  • Ensure the integrity of the tracking plan through proper version control and QA sign-offs
  • Implement best practices and governance policies across all tracking setups to improve AVIV data collection
  • Serve as the main contact for all tracking-related questions from P&T, Data Analytics, and Performance Marketing
