Senior UI Programmer

Summary

Join CD PROJEKT RED as a Senior UI Programmer in Boston (or remotely) to contribute to Project Orion, the next Cyberpunk game. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining user interface features. Requirements

• At least 7 years of professional experience as a programmer within the games industry
• Strong proficiency in C++ programming and knowledge of Unreal Engine
• Strong knowledge of user interface design patterns
• Proficiency in algorithms and code architecture
• Debugging and optimization skills
• Understanding player needs in terms of user interface of modern video games
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently when required
• Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

• Take part in the design and implementation of user interfaces
• Maintain and optimize existing systems
• Create new features for the user interface framework
• Implement tools for UI artists and designers
• Track and fix bugs in game user interface and user interface framework
• Complete tasks on time and create high quality code
