Requirements

  • You are an experienced finance professional with 2+ years of experience in underwriting and credit risk analysis, ideally gained in dynamic, innovative environments
  • You have practical experience in analyzing financial statements and business performance evaluations as well as in credit assessment
  • You bring a strategic mindset, exceptional analytical skills, and a proactive approach to managing risk and process integrity
  • You are highly collaborative, able to work seamlessly across various teams to drive continuous improvement in underwriting processes
  • You are fluent in German (C2/native) and proficient in English (C1), thriving in an international, fast-paced setting

Responsibilities

  • Develop and refine underwriting models to assess risk exposure for both used vehicle remarketing partners and subscription customers portfolios
  • Conduct assessments for major automotive dealerships or B2B customers through data collection and analysis
  • Oversee relationships and improve operational processes with external partners, such as insurance carriers, to secure and maintain effective risk coverage
  • Implement and oversee continuous monitoring of our risk exposure, adherence to procedures / policies and default trends and provide recommendations to drive continuous improvement

Preferred Qualifications

Industry expertise in the automotive market is considered a plus
