Requirements

  • A portfolio including examples of complex enterprise applications you have designed either as the lead designer or as a part of a product team
  • Experience interviewing subject matter experts to develop task flows, journey maps or similar artifacts documenting end-to-end processes
  • The ability to present complex processes in a simple way
  • A solid knowledge of Interactions patterns and Design elements commonly used by leading enterprise applications
  • An even keel that allows you to prioritize and focus on those efforts that promise to impact most positively the business
  • A functional understanding of the front-end and back-end technologies used by enterprise apps, particularly of the limitations APIs could impose on UX
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders across the organization

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Lab Operations, Clinical Director and Data Science teams to audit the existing processes and tools supporting them, identify the most salient pain points and create solutions to resolve them
  • Develop a detailed understanding of what it takes for Natera to deliver Test Results in the most efficient way
  • Partner with Natera’s other UX designers to leverage existing conceptual models and design patterns to create an internally and externally consistent application ecosystem
  • Contribute to the creation of training materials and change management plans to drive the adoption of the new features and applications
  • Take into account Service Design considerations to improve how different teams interact and interface with Natera Customer
