Senior UX Designer

Summary

Join cogify group, a Swiss technology company, as a Senior UX Designer to craft intuitive and elegant user experiences across mobile and desktop platforms. You will design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals, collaborating with product, engineering, and design teams. Champion user-centered design through research and usability testing, and contribute to the evolution of the design system. Stay ahead of design trends and innovate in UX delivery. This fully remote position offers a structured 150-hour/month freelance model, ensuring work-life balance, and provides competitive compensation with a structured freelance contract.

Requirements

• Have 5+ years of UX design experience (bonus for experience in startups or fast-growing teams)
• Have a strong portfolio showing responsive and adaptive design work across mobile and desktop
• Are fluent in Figma (or similar tools) and love exploring new ones
• Understand accessibility, usability, and interaction design like second nature
• Communicate design decisions clearly and collaborate like a pro with cross-functional teams
• Are comfortable balancing speed and quality. You know when to prototype and when to polish

Responsibilities

• Design intuitive and elegant experiences for mobile (iOS, Android, web) and desktop platforms
• Craft user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals that bring ideas to life
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and fellow designers to ship products that users will love
• Champion user-centered design - conducting research, usability testing, and iterating based on real feedback
• Contribute to (and help evolve) our design system to keep experiences consistent and scalable
• Stay ahead of design trends and push us to innovate in how we deliver great UX
