Summary

PointClickCare is seeking a talented UX Designer to lead user experience design using a human-centered approach. The role involves working with other UX leads, researchers, and content writers, conducting user research and testing, creating mockups, refining user personas, championing best practices in user experience design, collaborating with engineers and QA, and managing competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Conducting user research and testing
• Creating mockups to articulate functionality and design
• Refining user personas and mapping journeys
• Championing best practices in user experience design
• Collaborate with Engineers and QA to ensure accurate implementation

Preferred Qualifications

Working knowledge of HTML and CSS is helpful for discussing specs with engineers
