Requirements

  • Proven experience as a CTO, Vice President of Engineering, or similar executive role in a technology-driven organization
  • Demonstrated ability to engage and negotiate with C-level executives at large corporations
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing high-performing teams in the delivery of complex solutions
  • Deep understanding of software engineering, process optimization, and enterprise-level service delivery
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and project management skills
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and lead onsite engagements

Responsibilities

  • Provide executive-level leadership to the Solutions Engineering and Professional Services teams, and Engineering teams focused on servicing client needs; foster innovation and high performance
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior technology executives at Fortune 50 companies, understanding their strategic goals and aligning our solutions to their business objectives
  • Build a process and lead teams that develop and implement tailored solutions that leverage our powerful process orchestration platform, integrating artificial intelligence, human intelligence, and automation
  • Work closely with internal teams across Engineering, Product, and Operations to drive the delivery of services that exceed client expectations
  • Continuously seek opportunities to enhance our service offerings and technology capabilities, ensuring Invisible remains at the forefront of industry advancements
