Requirements

  • 10+ years of senior-level software marketing experience, with at least 5 years in B2B SaaS
  • Proven track record of building and scaling high-performing demand-generation functions
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing automation and analytics tools
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage remote teams effectively
  • Experience turning around marketing organizations or driving significant growth through new initiatives
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
  • Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach and a focus on results
  • Passion for building brands and developing compelling marketing campaigns

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive demand generation strategy that leverages a variety of channels, including digital marketing, content marketing, paid advertising, and ABM, continuously experimenting and optimizing to maximize results
  • Build a "best-in-class" demand generation engine that drives qualified leads and accelerates pipeline growth, ensuring alignment with the needs and preferences of target audiences
  • Analyze marketing data to identify trends, optimize campaigns, and measure the effectiveness of marketing programs, using insights to inform bold, data-driven decisions
  • Implement robust marketing automation and analytics tools to track performance and inform decision-making, empowering the team with the knowledge and resources to excel
  • Serve as a steward of the Axonify brand, ensuring consistent messaging and strong brand identity across all channels while adapting to the evolving needs of the market
  • Develop and execute brand awareness campaigns that enhance Axonify's market position and differentiate its solutions from the competition, demonstrating a willingness to take calculated risks and challenge the status quo
  • Translate product features and functionality into compelling value propositions that resonate with target audiences, demonstrating empathy and a deep understanding of their needs
  • Develop go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature releases, fostering collaboration and open communication across departments
  • Create sales enablement materials and equip the sales team with the knowledge and tools to effectively position Axonify's solutions, ensuring they feel empowered and supported to achieve their goals
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability within the marketing organization, providing regular feedback and development opportunities to empower team members' growth
  • Effectively manage remote team members, ensuring clear communication, strong engagement, and a cohesive team environment, demonstrating empathy and understanding for individual needs and boundaries
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with Axonify's overall business objectives, demonstrating strategic agility and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances
  • Lead annual and quarterly planning, budget management, and performance reporting for all marketing initiatives, holding the team accountable for achieving ambitious goals
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product Management, and Customer Success, to ensure alignment and drive revenue growth, building strong relationships and credibility across the organization
