Requirements

  • At least 10 years of relevant experience in a strategic marketing, growth, or business development role ideally within a creative, digital, or integrated agency
  • A well-established and active professional network
  • Demonstrated success in both lead generation and converting opportunities to revenue
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skillsโ€”you can simplify complexity and sell big ideas
  • Strong grasp of marketing, branding, digital, and communication strategies
  • Experience participating in or leading successful pitches across diverse sectors
  • A strategic mindset with an innate curiosity about client challenges and opportunities
  • A proactive, collaborative spiritโ€”you know when to lead and when to support

Responsibilities

  • Develop a proactive outreach strategy that builds and converts a pipeline of prospective clients
  • Leverage your professional network, social platforms, and industry presence to open doors and generate new opportunities
  • Lead and participate in early-stage meetings with prospects, offering preliminary strategic thinking and ideas that demonstrate our value and spark interest
  • Collaborate with and lead internal teams to craft compelling proposals, RFP responses, and pitch presentations
  • Contribute to agency marketing efforts and help FINN gain visibility among client prospects
