Join Obsidian Security as the Vice President of North America Sales and play a pivotal role in driving enterprise revenue growth. Requirements

  • 10+ years of enterprise B2B SaaS sales leadership experience, ideally in cybersecurity or IT security
  • Proven success building and scaling enterprise sales teams in a high-growth environment
  • Deep understanding of complex, multi-stakeholder SaaS sales cycles
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding aggressive revenue targets
  • Executive presence and excellent communication skillsโ€”comfortable engaging with C-level buyers
  • Experience working in a fast-paced startup or scale-up environment
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and cross-functional leadership skills
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent a plus

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the North American sales strategy aligned with company growth objectives
  • Define key segments, targets, and GTM plans to accelerate pipeline and bookings growth
  • Lead, mentor, and expand a high-performing enterprise sales team across North America
  • Own the enterprise sales forecast, pipeline, and revenue targets
  • Drive predictable, repeatable sales motions and improve conversion metrics across the funnel
  • Partner closely with Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Partnerships to align on demand generation and customer acquisition strategies
  • Attract, retain, and develop top enterprise sales talent
  • Foster a results-oriented, customer-centric, and collaborative sales culture
  • Implement performance metrics, sales enablement, and coaching frameworks to support growth
  • Build trusted relationships with key decision-makers
  • Represent the company in strategic deals, executive briefings, and industry events
  • Gather feedback from the field to inform product development and roadmap priorities
  • Implement scalable sales processes, tools, and reporting
  • Leverage data to drive decision-making and optimize sales effectiveness
  • Ensure compliance with sales policies and drive contract efficiency
