Requirements

  • Experience: 3-5 years of professional experience in digital design, with a strong portfolio showcasing mastery across digital mediums (e.g., web, mobile, interactive design). Enterprise experience with global customers preferred
  • Digital Literacy: Experience with mobile-first web design, and ability to adhere to and articulate core UX principles of digital experience design
  • Aesthetic Vision: Demonstrated ability to find and create beauty in complicated content, making the complex approachable and engaging. Designs should be digestible and convey a polished, clear content hierarchy
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and other relevant applications. Animation and motion graphics experience is a plus
  • Efficient and Accurate Delivery: History of delivering excellent work within demanding timelines, partnering with stakeholders to execute project vision
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and defend design choices clearly and persuasively

Responsibilities

  • Design Excellence: Develop innovative and visually stunning designs for digital platforms, including websites, applications, presentations, and campaigns, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines
  • Project Execution: Work with team leads and other contributors to execute designs that β€œwow”
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with marketing, product, and technical teams to gather input, understand objectives, and ensure alignment across projects
  • Design System Contribution: Work within and contribute to the company’s design system, evolving its components and ensuring designs maintain coherence and scalability
  • User-Centered Approach: Advocate for the end user by creating designs that are not only visually compelling but also intuitive and functional for healthcare providers
  • Storytelling Through Design: Transform complex medical and scientific content into accessible and engaging visuals that communicate effectively to a diverse audience

Preferred Qualifications

Healthcare Industry Experience: Prior experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry is preferred but not required. A willingness to understand and embrace the nuances of this field is essential
