Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in visual design, with a portfolio showcasing expertise in digital/print/web design, experiential, and campaign-level thinking
- Proven experience in dotcom design, landing pages, and responsive web instances
- Great working knowledge of photography and video production
- Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities while meeting deadlines
- Strong understanding of strategy and influence when interfacing with executive stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Lead the creative vision for full 360 campaigns with a strong focus on dotcom experiences, as well as digital, print, experiential, and photography/video content, tailored to the fintech and student loan space
- Help further refine our brand design systems as our company grows
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and product design teams to elevate our brand and enhance the customer journey across all platforms
- Develop user-centered designs for Earnestโs responsive website, ensuring seamless digital experiences
- Collaborate with marketing, UX, and product teams to create cohesive designs across all touchpoints
- Ensure visual brand consistency and alignment with Earnestโs mission to help people manage student loans more effectively
- Help build, refine, and push the adoption of design systems to make us more repeatable, scalable, and sustainable over time
Preferred Qualifications
An emphasis on financial services or fintech is a plus but not required
