Senior Visual Designer

Summary

Softrams is seeking a Senior Visual Designer for their Human Experience (HX) team to provide visual and interaction design expertise. The role involves designing digital products and services, working in an Agile environment, and staying updated with industry trends. The candidate must have a bachelor's degree, 5 or more years of experience, and the ability to obtain a U.S. Federal Position of Trust clearance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 5 or more years of experience working in a related role
• Ability to obtain a U.S. Federal Position of Trust clearance
• Must reside in and be able to perform work in the United States
• Must have lived in the United States for 3 of the last 5 years

Responsibilities

• Meet with team leads and various stakeholders to review scope and goals for design work
• Research, define, and implement visual styles for digital interfaces
• Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces (UI) and interactive elements
