Summary

Join Fivetran's Brand Studio website team as a Growth Web Designer and contribute to crafting engaging web experiences that drive user engagement and business growth. You will design and optimize landing pages, develop interactive content, and leverage data-driven methodologies for continuous improvement. This full-time position, based in New York with remote options, requires excellent UI/UX design skills and experience in implementing growth processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, participate in design reviews, and maintain the design system. Requirements

• Possess excellent UI design experience and craft: proven examples of exceptional layout, interface, typography, color, motion and overall tasteful aesthetic and eye for UI that is industry leading and pushing boundaries
• Have excellent and proven background and experience in UX design: strategic analysis, flows, architecture, journeys, personas, experience maps, wireframes, prototypes, etc
• A strong portfolio of visual and web design work living in production, and the ability to articulate how your designs support your team's goals, the broader product vision and company objectives
• Knowledge and understanding of HTML/CSS
• Experience designing and building website experiences in Webflow
• Extensive experience with SEO and website design principles, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to flex and adapt as new challenges and opportunities arise
• Solid verbal and presentation skills that get across the process, approach, and impact of your design

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize landing pages
• Develop interactive content tools that provide tangible utility to prospective businesses
• Leverage data-driven methodologies through rigorous A/B and multivariate testing to continuously refine user experiences
• Craft compelling web interfaces that captivate and convert users and strategically communicate Fivetran's product value
• Implement and manage a growth process that drives key business metrics such as conversions, customer acquisition, and user engagement across our web presence
• Drive and utilize user research and experimentation throughout the design process to ensure designs are optimized and meeting the needs of users
• Explain your work, process, and decisions to cross-functional stakeholders and crave feedback to help produce the best work
• Participate in design reviews and share your work regularly with the design team and company leadership
• Collaborate and build solid relationships both with your team and cross-functionally to understand what a project needs at any given moment in an effort to move the work forward
• Maintain and suggest evolutions of our design system and existing style guides with a holistic consideration for the future of the Fivetran brand
• Work with other designers to help them learn and grow—and have them help you learn and grow
