Summary

Analytica is seeking a Senior Web Developer to provide technical support and develop web applications for a federal government client in Washington, DC. The ideal candidate has 7+ years of experience in web/windows application environment using MS.NET suite, mastery of ASP.Net 4.0, MVC, C#.Net, AJAX, HL7, Kendo, classic ASP/VB, Software system integration, web services, and is proficient in Application Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs) and section 508 compliance.

Requirements

  • B.A. degree in Information Systems/Computer Science or equivalent
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in web/windows application environment using MS.NET suite
  • Experience with HTML 5, C#, ASP.NET, and Classic ASP required
  • Mastery of ASP.Net 4.0, MVC, C#.Net, AJAX, HL7, Kendo, classic ASP/VB, Software system integration, web services
  • Demonstrate a mastery of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), web development markup languages /web methodologies, software validation tools and methodologies such as Visual Studio, Agile, OWASP, HP Fortify, Unit and Functional testing, REST/SOAP Web services, CMS (Content Management System)
  • Hands-on experience with Application Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs) and section 508 compliance highly desired
  • Experience with Telerik, AngularJS, and MVC 5.0 highly desired
  • Possess an active MCSD/MCTS
  • Government Secret Security Clearance

Responsibilities

  • Provide a high level of technical support and develop web applications
  • Analyze system requirements and prioritize tasks
  • Write clean, testable code using .NET programming languages
  • Develop technical specifications and architecture
  • Test and debug various .NET applications
  • Review and refactor code
  • Deploy fully functional applications
  • Upgrade existing, legacy programs
  • Document development and operational procedures, as well as research
  • Communicate and collaborate with teammates and client leadership
