Senior Web Product UI Designer

Summary

We're seeking a senior product designer for a 100% Figma role to craft user experiences for clients, collaborating with various teams on web application and website designs. The candidate should have a bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field, 10-15 years of UI design experience, proficiency in Figma, excellent understanding of UX principles, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or a related field
• Proven experience (10-15 years) as a UI designer, preferably in a web development environment
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of web UI designs and projects
• Proficiency in Figma
• Excellent understanding of UX principles and methodologies
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and presentation skills

Responsibilities

• Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces for web applications and websites
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into visually appealing designs
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using design tools such as Figma and similar software

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
• Experience in conducting user research and usability testing is preferred
