Summary

Join Accelecom as a Sr Wholesale Account Director and contribute to our success by selling to US Carriers, Cable MSOs, and Wireless segments. This full-time, remote position requires a consultative selling approach, superior customer service, and a hunter mindset. You will identify and develop new business, manage existing accounts, and craft unique solutions for clients. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical, technical, and interpersonal skills, along with extensive experience in telecom or data centers and a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Mkt’ing or related field
  • Minimum of 5-years Industry Experience (Telecom or Data Center)
  • Minimum of 5-years Sales experience
  • Hunter mindset / role (vs. Business Development or Account Mgt)
  • Strong analytical & technical skills
  • Strong interpersonal & communications skills
  • Strong relationship development skills
  • Ability to thrive in “start-up” environment / operate in the “grey”
  • Proven ability to manage multiple deliverables & meet deadlines
  • Track-record of meeting & exceeding annual sales quota
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities
  • Strong financial acumen
  • Strong collaboration internal (engineering, product, and marketing)
  • Excellent presentation skills

Responsibilities

  • Sell into the US Carrier, US Cable MSO & US Wireless segments
  • Identify and develop new business
  • Manage existing accounts
  • Deeply understand our customers' business
  • Craft unique solutions
  • Secure orders
  • Develop & execute sales strategies across a large module of accounts

Preferred Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years selling into the US Carrier vertical
  • Minimum of 3 years selling into the US Cable vertical
  • Minimum of 3 years selling into the US Wireless vertical
  • Knowledge of BANT, TAS and/or the Challenger Sales methodologies
  • Prior experience w/ Salesforce & the Microsoft Suite
