Summary
Join Axonius, a fast-growing cybersecurity company, as a Senior Workday HRIS Analyst. This role involves participating in requirements gathering, design, build, test, and deployment of new functionality or modules within Workday, with a focus on the Advanced Compensation module. The ideal candidate has experience with Workday configuration, particularly with at least two end-to-end Advanced Compensation module deployments.
Requirements
- Bachelorโs degree
- 3-5 years of Workday configuration experience, particularly with at least two end to end Advanced Compensation module deployments
- Strong understanding of Core HCM and Security
- Knowledge of Workday integrations with various systems and experience in troubleshooting Workday-related issues
- Demonstrated proficiency in creating and customizing reports within Workday
- A strong team player with excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
- Proven ability to set delivery commitments and consistently meet expectations
- Analytical mindset with a strong ability to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues
- Ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks, adjust to shifting priorities, and meet deadlines
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a global team environment across different time zones
- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new systems and processes
- Customer service-oriented with a demonstrated desire to exceed expectations and deliver an excellent experience
Responsibilities
- Participate in the ongoing requirements gathering, design, build, test, and deployment of new functionality or modules within Workday, with a focus on the Advanced Compensation module
- Understand the importance of change management to facilitate the transition to new technology and processes
- Provide end-user support by troubleshooting and resolving production support issues in a timely manner, while delivering exceptional customer service
- Collaborate effectively with teams such as HR, Recruiting, Payroll, Finance, IT, and others to diagnose and troubleshoot issues and resolve complex system problems
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Workday and industry trends by actively participating in Workday Community and other forums, including online discussions, brainstorming sessions, voting, training, and webinars, to learn and share best practices
- Participate in Workday releases and drive appropriate adoption plans
- Maintain and update change documentation and training materials as needed
