Senior/Staff Software Engineer

Summary

Join our team at Eppo as a full stack engineer to help customers collaborate on and manage experiments, run data computations, and report results in a scalable way. We're looking for someone with a business owner mindset, bias to action, and resourcefulness to bring together our existing pieces into a world-class application.

Requirements

• Business owner mindset: comfortable making choices in ambiguous situations and thinking of team's success and failure as your own
• Bias to action: drive to move forward and comfortable using placeholders, straw men, and other temporary solutions when necessary
• Resourceful: able to use every tool to accelerate business, whether it's an open source project, a serverless component, or an external engineer
• Able to build using Typescript/NextJS with high quality and velocity
• Able to build reusable data visualization components
• Able to architect data models needed to build systems in mockups

Responsibilities

• Work with our Typescript/NextJS foundation to help customers collaborate on and manage experiments
• Run the data computations required for experiments
• Report the results of experiments in a way that scales across the organization
