Summary

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience in fast-paced brand-guided environments
• Experience in e-commerce & b2b segments is a plus
• Experience in leading a team, organic growth strategy and owning the long-term vision with a track record of successfully balancing priorities and delivering on KPIs
• Proven ability to manage budgets, allocate resources effectively, and demonstrate ROAS on SEO initiatives
• Experience with technical SEO and the optimization of e-commerce websites across the whole funnel
• Experience in distributing content across multiple channels while leveraging SEO and product to increase organic traffic via search
• Highly analytical, comfortable with numbers, and data-driven - coupled with customer obsession and eagerness to develop a deep understanding of our customers’ needs

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy covering technical, content, and link-building elements to enhance organic search visibility and drive traffic
• Conduct technical audits and implement on-site SEO improvements, including site structure, schema markup, and page speed optimization
• Oversee SEO content development aligned with SEO KPIs, ensuring all content is optimized for search engines and user engagement
• Develop hypotheses and continuously try out new formats and strategies to push growth. Leverage data to derive insights and learn continuously
• Develop and execute a link-building strategy to improve domain authority and search rankings
• Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance metrics. Use insights to refine strategies and demonstrate the effectiveness of SEO initiatives
• Work closely with other marketing teams - content, design, and performance to ensure SEO strategies are integrated across all digital activities
• Consult product development to make sure user-facing features are built with SEO in mind
• Manage relationships with external agencies and partners to supplement efforts and enhance outcomes
