Requirements

Proven track record as an SEO professional with at least 4 years of experience in the field
2+ years of strong leadership and management experience
In-depth understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices
Experience managing or leading a team of SEO team members
Proficiency in SEO tools and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush

Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and cultivate a team of SEO professionals

Develop and implement comprehensive metrics to measure departmental performance
