• In-depth knowledge of technical SEO aspects, including indexing, crawling, keyword targeting, and link building
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
• Creativity and an innovative spirit to develop and implement new SEO strategies
• Independent, goal-oriented work style with strong project management skills, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously in an agile environment
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with various internal stakeholders, including content, design, and tech teams

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies that align with business goals
• Implement advanced SEO measures and conduct regular SEO audits to ensure continuous improvement
• Revise SEO strategies on a regular basis based on performance data and industry trends
• Optimize page structures, metadata, and content for maximum SEO performance
• Develop effective link-building strategies to increase domain authority
• Monitor SEO performance metrics using tools like Google Search Console, Semrush, SEO Spider, and Google Analytics
• Create performance-based reports that track KPIs and provide clear recommendations for action to maximize reach
• Work in collaboration with tech to conduct technical SEO audits to identify and resolve issues related to website architecture, crawling, indexing, and page speed
