Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
  • Experience in SEO, with a proven track record of improving organic traffic and rankings
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc
  • Strong knowledge of Google algorithms, search trends, and SEO best practices
  • Experience in handling large-scale SEO projects and multi-regional websites
  • Solid understanding of technical SEO, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Conduct detailed competitive analysis and identify areas for improvement
  • Perform extensive keyword research to identify high-impact opportunities
  • Collaborate with content teams to create SEO-friendly content, blogs, and landing pages
  • Audit and optimize website architecture, internal linking, and page performance
  • Ensure compliance with Google’s algorithms and updates (e.g., Core Web Vitals, mobile-first indexing)
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and other SEO platforms
  • Prepare detailed monthly reports on SEO performance, insights, and recommendations
  • Develop and execute ethical link-building campaigns to improve domain authority
  • Build relationships with industry influencers, bloggers, and website owners
  • Manage and mentor junior SEO specialists and content creators
  • Work cross-functionally with web developers, designers, and marketing teams to implement SEO best practices
  • Keep abreast of the latest SEO trends, tools, and best practices
  • Experiment with new strategies to maintain a competitive edge
