Requirements
- Strong project management skills
- 2-5 years of SEO experience, with the ability to drive initiatives forward while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with strong interpersonal abilities
- Solution-oriented mindset with a focus on creativity, client service, and relationship-building
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into strategic decisions
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team with a high sense of urgency and to identify and mitigate project risks, escalating issues when necessary
- Excellent presentation and deck-building skills
Responsibilities
- Research and identify high-impact SEO and content marketing tactics for high-growth startups and enterprise-level clients
- Prepare client deliverables (e.g., Google docs, presentations, Excel sheets) in collaboration with the Director of Growth (Sales) and internal sales team to ensure premium-quality outputs
- Schedule, own, and drive all internal sales team meetings and agendas
- Participate in internal sales meetings and review external call recordings, summarizing key takeaways next steps, and coordinating action items to ensure timely, high-quality execution of deliverables
- Collaborate with the Director of Growth (Sales) to track and support the execution of key strategic initiatives, working with senior-level team members to ensure timely completion and assisting with sales tasks such as competitive research, SEO initiatives, opportunity sizing, and proposal creation
- Interact with internal sales teams, including the Founder/CEO, Senior Director of Operations, Revenue Operations Lead, and Sales Enablement Analyst
- Monitor incoming leads, qualify potential prospects, and schedule discovery conversations with the Director of Growth (Sales)
- Create and optimize internal documents and playbooks to improve sales process efficiency
- Potential opportunity to run initial discovery conversations to qualify prospective clients and gather necessary information for proposals
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms is a plus
- Familiarity with SEO tools like Semrush and Ahrefs is a plus but not required
