SEO Specialist

Summary

The job is for an SEO specialist in an IT outstaffing company with over 100 software engineers. The employee will conduct keyword research, develop and execute SEO strategies, collaborate with the content team, monitor SEO performance, provide training, and have a comprehensive understanding of SEO terminologies.

Requirements

• Proficiency in English (B2 level or higher)
• Experience in IT sector
• Strong understanding of current SEO practices, including the impact of AI and other emerging technologies
• Ability to develop and implement SEO strategies
• Experience with Google Sheets, WordPress editor, and other relevant tools
• Capability to create detailed briefs for new service pages and blog articles
• Expertise in optimizing content for higher SERP rankings
• Analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics and other content success metric tools
• Comprehensive understanding of SEO terminologies (e.g., title tags, meta descriptions, DR etc.)

Responsibilities

• Conduct keyword research and market analysis to inform our content strategy
• Develop and execute SEO strategies to increase organic search visibility and traffic
• Collaborate with the content team to ensure SEO best practices are followed in all content creation and publication
• Monitor and analyze SEO performance, adjusting strategies as needed
• Provide SEO training and guidance to team members as needed
