Summary
Join WRS Health, a leader in cloud-based EMR and practice management solutions, as our SEO Specialist. You will develop and execute SEO/SEM strategies, manage backlink analysis, optimize search engine performance, and conduct competitive analysis. This role requires close collaboration with content, marketing, and web development teams to enhance search rankings and maximize website performance. You will be responsible for tasks such as keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical SEO audits. The ideal candidate possesses proven SEO/SEM experience, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities. This is a remote, full-time position with standard US business hours.
Requirements
- Proven years of experience in SEO, SEM, and search engine analytics
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.)
- Experience with backlink strategy development, link-building campaigns, and competitive analysis
- Proficiency in keyword research, on-page/off-page optimization, and technical SEO
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret SEO data to drive actionable insights
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong understanding of AI-driven search experiences, including Googleβs SGE, Perplexity, ChatGPT browsing, and other AI-generated result formats. Ability to adapt content strategies to rank in AI-generated responses
- Experience optimizing content for AI search engines, including entity-based SEO, structured data, schema markup, and conversational queries to improve visibility in AI-driven search results
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and website traffic
- Manage and optimize SEM campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads) to drive targeted traffic and improve conversion rates
- Conduct backlink audits, outreach, and link-building strategies to improve domain authority
- Perform keyword research and on-page optimization for content, metadata, and site structure
- Analyze search engine performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools
- Monitor competitor SEO and SEM strategies, identifying opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are implemented in blogs, landing pages, and website updates
- Conduct technical SEO audits, identifying and resolving issues related to site speed, indexing, and mobile optimization
- Generate SEO performance reports, tracking KPIs such as rankings, traffic, and conversion rates
- Stay up-to-date with SEO trends, Google algorithm updates, and best practices
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript for SEO purposes
